Vytik Art Collective & Shevchenko Museum cordially invite you to the opening and reception of the “Memories of the Future” exhibition and sale at the Shevchenko Museum (1604 Bloor Street West, Toronto) on Sunday, August 13th, 2023 at 2 pm.

The show speaks to how we bring our past into our future. We are inspired by the innate human desire to question and explore our identity, the role culture plays to that, and the power and meaning of hope in the face of war.
By bringing together artists who build upon or push the boundaries of traditional Ukrainian artistry, our mission is to challenge common preconceptions of what “Ukrainian art” is.
This is the first exhibition by Vytik Art Collective - the newly-formed team of creative curators and devoted art lovers.
The exhibition will run until September 15, 2023. Gallery Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 10 AM - 4 PM; Thurs: 12 - 7 PM; Weekends by Appointment.
