On Sunday, March 30, 2025, the Shevchenko Museum, at 1604 Bloor Street West in Toronto, will present KATERYNA BILOKUR THROUGH THE EYES OF CHILDREN, an exhibition and sale of paintings by students of Alla Yevdokimova's Studio "Art Heritage”.
61 students of the "Art Heritage” Studio, age 3 to 17 years old will show their art works inspired by the Ukrainian self-taught master of primitive art and decorative folk painting, Kateryna Bilokur (1900 - 1961). She painted flowers all her life, bringing out the unfading beauty of the generous Ukrainian land, and her name stands out among the best Ukrainian folk artists.
The exhibition will run until April 18, 2025. Gallery Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 10 AM - 4 PM, Thurs: 12 - 7 PM, Weekends by Appointment.
